CCW Fashion Show - Scholarship Fundraiser Online Form

This online form interacts with a PayPal Shopping Cart used for a CCW Paypal Account. Please read all the different options available below and select or "Add to Cart" the items you would like to purchase. You can continue shopping or adding different items to the Paypal cart from this page by selecting "Continue Shopping" from the PayPal Shopping Cart page.

The quantity of tickets for each option can be set or changed on the PayPal Shopping Cart page. You can also remove items you have added before on that page.

Your RSVP is required to guarantee your SEATING REQUEST (tables of 10). Please type the seating request "if any" when asked below. Seating is limited!
