The outdoor picnic mass and re-dedication of the parish ministry center, now the Father Thomas Dore Parish Center was a beautiful, joyful and faith filled experience of who we are as the Saint Giles Community!

The picnic that followed was also a huge success! Although the weather was a bit cool, all who attended ate well, had great fun and left with wonderful memories of an afternoon well spent with family and friends celebrating the spirit of this community. Father Jim was brave and went into the dunk tank despite the cooler temperature and Father Carl was in his first pie eating contest ever.

A huge shout out to all the men who helped organize the picnic once again this year, to all those who contributed their delicious side dishes and the many donors and benefactors who helped underwrite some of the cost of this yearly event. It was a great success!
