A few nights before Christmas in 2006, Diane Zimmerman and her kids Grace and David delivered a Welcome Pack to a Family from Somalia. First they made up the beds, aided by a Somali woman living next door to the new family, and then they welcomed the family as they arrived from O'Hare!
