 The purpose of the Faith and Family Liturgy is to invite and encourage families of St. Giles Parish to celebrate the Eucharist together more deeply. Celebrating liturgy intentionally as family will draw us into closer relationship with each other and our Lord.
The families in our parish reflect many varied compositions and thus our liturgy provides wide-ranging levels for participation: liturgy preparation team, children’s choir, adult choir, welcoming/greeting, altar serving, proclaiming the Word (lector), gift collection (usher), gift presentation, and sharing the precious Body and Blood of our Lord (Eucharistic Minister).
Whether your family composition consists of: single adults (young, middle-aged or senior), married couples, couples with young children, adolescents or teenagers, single parents with children (young or older); empty nesters, grandparents assisting with or raising grandchildren, the Family and Faith Liturgy provides opportunities for EVERY family to experience the joy of worship together.
The Family and Faith Liturgy is celebrated on the 4th Sunday of each month at 9:30 am. We look forward to celebrating with you and your family!

A MEMBER OF THE FAMILY AND FAITH TEAM WILL CONTACT YOU TO VERIFY YOUR INFORMATION.
Families are needed for the following roles:
- Welcoming / Greeters.
- Lectors (adults and children of all ages welcome).
- Ushers (adult and children of all ages welcome).
- Gift Bearers.
- Liturgy preparation team: Meet 30 minutes prior to mass to assist with preparatory tasks.
- Choir Members (children and adult).
- Eucharistic Ministers ( adults, teens, children).
- Altar Serving (parents and children).
