Altar Servers are student parishioners in the fifth grade and above (St. Giles School or Religious Education) who are specially trained to assist the priest at weekend masses, weddings and special occasions.
Training is offered in the Fall and early Spring of each year, and trainees shadow veteran servers for several Masses before becoming part of the assigned rotation.
