It’s Official! The Disciple Maker Index (DMI) Survey is a great way to reflect on your own spiritual growth while helping our parish plan for the future.
Why are we asked to do ANOTHER survey? – This survey is being conducted across the entire Archdiocese. By taking it, you will be reflecting on your own faith journey, and sharing how your parish supports that journey. Our parish will be able to see our results. The Disciple Maker Index has been given across the country, and provides new and exciting information about various ways parishes function.
I don’t go to Mass every week. Should I take this survey? – Absolutely. Every single parishioner should take the survey – whether you go to Mass every day or just occasionally. Every voice counts -especially those who aren’t always heard! The survey is completely anonymous.
How long will it take? – Anywhere from 10-20 minutes.
How do I take it? – Go to this link / button available below. You may also pick up a paper copy at the back of church.
