Fr. Donald Senior Lecture

Join us on Saturday, March 2, from 9 am to 12 Noon for the next formation meeting for preachers and all interested parishioners about preaching during the Easter Season. We will be lead by Fr. Donald Senior, CP, on the topic of Carrying the Message from Easter Sunday to Pentecost. This session is sponsored by the St. Giles Family Mass Community and is open to any interested St. Giles parishioners and Family Mass members.

Fr. Senior is President Emeritus, Chancellor and Professor of New Testament at Chicago Theological Union. He is a nationally and internationally recognized scholar focused on the study and interpretation of the Gospels, the Pauline literature, 1 Peter, and New Testament archaeology. A revered teacher, we look forward to having him share his knowledge with us on March 2.

We will meet at United Lutheran Church, 409 Greenfield (the corner of Greenfield and Ridgeland) in Oak Park. Enter through the door on Greenfield. A continental breakfast will be available.
