ST. GILES SCHOOL – SEPTEMBER 2020

THANK YOU for your contributions to the Back to School Safety Fund!

The Great Outdoors! – We are blessed to have a large campus with such lovely outdoor spaces. Our students are having fun while utilizing many of our new recess spaces, picking vegetables and admiring the beautiful flowers they planted last Spring.

Prepared and Organized! – THANK YOU to Antonio and Hallie Caldarone for their gracious donations. Students in Kindergarten through 3rd grade received fanny packs with tissues, brown paper bags for masks and individual bottles of hand sanitizer. They are using these for executive functioning and safety during the day, especially at recess. Our students are grateful, and safer at school.

WEEK 1 AT ST. GILES SCHOOL – IN THE BOOKS

Thank you to everyone who helped make our first full week together such a success! It truly was a group effort with parent volunteers helping staff with drop off and pick up. Our Lions did an excellent job wearing their masks, physical distancing, and adjusting to this new school year. They’re learning to socialize during indoor and outdoor recess and safely learn and play together.

Back to St. Giles School 2020

August 24, 2020

We welcomed back our veteran Lions and many new families last week! We had a staggered start over a few days to ease into our new routines, including temperature checks and sanitizing upon entering. We’re full of “paw pride” for how well everyone tackled all the new safety measures. Lots of faculty and student smiles behind all those masks! A big thank you to our families and faculty for ensuring it was a successful and safe start and prayers for a healthy school year!
