“No one ever told me that grief felt like fear… or that I would dread being in an empty house… or I feel there is an invisible blanket between the world and me and I can’t take in what anyone is saying… I never thought I’d doubt the existence of God… sometimes I feel I am going crazy.” (paraphrase from C.S. Lewis)
If you are facing the loss of a loved one (spouse, friend, colleague, etc.), please join us in creating sacred space to listen to each other’s stories, and be companions to each other as we walk with grief and mourning.
Our following meeting dates will be on Wednesdays from 7 to 8:30 pm in the St. Giles Dore Center – Parish Living Room located at 1025 Columbian in Oak Park, IL.
May 10 and 24
