VIRTUS "Protecting God's Children" Workshop
Keeping our children safe takes the responsbility of an entire community. All adults who work with young people throughout the Archdiocese of Chicago are required to complete a background check and attend a VIRTUS Training workshop to learn about the dangers, risk factors, and warning signs of child abuse, as well as important tools for abuse prevention.

~ To COMPLETE YOUR BACKGROUND CHECK, please visit www.archchicago.org and scroll down to "Keeping Children Safe" on the left menu bar. You will need to obtain the correct access code from your parish. Contact Theresa for this information. For step-by-step instructions, you can print this information sheet.

~ To view a list of FUTURE VIRTUS TRAINING WORKSHOPS in the Archdiocese of Chicago, please visit www.archchicago.org and scroll down the left side menu bar to the heading "Keeping Children Safe" and choose "Virtus Training".
