That All May Be One… of Centering, Connection, and Communion

Wednesday, February 21 at 1:30 pm
McDonough Hall on the St. Giles Campus
Presenter – Shelby Boblick

We will explore together the need for community and our shared challenges. Diverse voices will be our teachers, including Venezuelan poet Leoncio Martinez, President John F. Kennedy, Steven Charleston who is a Native American elder, author, and retired Episcopal bishop, and the Gullah-Geechee culture of America’s southeast. Our time will include Scripture, song, prayer, and conversation.

Our presenter is Shelby Boblick, a long-term parishioner of St. Catherine-St. Lucy, a wife, mother of three, and grandmother of eight. Having practiced corporate real estate law for 30 years, Shelby shifted her focus to pastoral studies and was certified by the Archdiocese as a pastoral associate in 2009. More recently, she has embraced eco-spirituality and rejoices in the Pope’s Laudato Si and Laudate Deum encyclicals.
