Senior Gathering for Mass and Lunch

On September 12th, over 40 Seniors gathered in church for Mass offered by Fr. Tom to start the 2023-24 year. After Mass you heard the sound of laughter and the chattering of happy voices as the Seniors made their way to McDonough Hall to enjoy a delicious lunch. There was a sense of excitement as everyone entered the hall.

Tables were decorated in an autumn motif and the smell of baked mostaccioli filled the air. After eating, Denise Hartney gave a brief outline of the dates planned for the year and a few of the activities. Then, for the rest of the afternoon, old friendships were renewed and new ones made. But soon, it was time to say goodbyes till the next meeting on October 17th.
