Religious Education & Formation

St. Giles Parish remains committed to supporting our families in passing on our faith. Current circumstances related to the Covid-19 virus will not permit us to move forward with in-person faith formation in the meaningful way we have been used to for so many years. However, beginning this Fall 2020 and through Spring 2021, we will be providing weekly family faith formation resources available to all families of the parish with no registration required while also offering At Home RE program done in partnership with Loyola Press and separate Sacrament Preparation programs.

SPECIAL NOTE ON COMMUNICATION:  Beginning in June 2020, all general communication for RE and the Parish is being sent via Flocknote.  Please make sure is not being rerouted to your SPAM folder.

First, please read the information regarding the Formation Opportunities Available (PDF) to see what will be provided for your families this year and what exactly is required, or not required, at each grade level.

Second, if you would like to register for the formal At Home RE program please contact our Director of Religious Education / Parish Life & Formation Director, Marrey Picciotti, at

Beginning in Fall 2021, we plan to offer many different ways for parents to partner with the faith community in religious formation of their families. Please see the links to the right for more complete descriptions of those programs that we hope to resume at that time.
