Campus Facilities Updates from Our Parish Operations Director, Matt Brophy

• Two new sump pumps installed in the Rectory.
• New boiler (furnace) installed in the Rectory.
• Two new sump pumps for the Church installed in the boiler house.
• Flat roofs replaced on the Church over the sacristy, the chapel, the music room and baptistery.
• Broken or missing slate tiles on the Church roof have been replaced.
• Secured and replaced downspouts, scuppers and exterior roof drains on the Church.
• Parking lot asphalt replacement with 3 new handicapped spaces.
• Parking lot asphalt replacement for area behind former Convent.
• 10 classrooms have been painted.
• School main hallway painted.
• School main entrance painted.
• Installation of new electric and AC Units for the 4th floor School lunchroom.
• Installation of new sinks in first floor School bathrooms.
